गंजबासोदा मध्यप्रदेश का एक सम्पन्न शहर है जो की दिल्ली मुंबई मुख्य रेल्वे लाइन पर स्तिथ है। यह भोपाल से उत्तर की ओर 96KM दूर है। गंज बासोदा यहाँ की मंडी और पत्थर व्यापार के कारण प्रसिद्ध है। यहाँ का पत्थर विदेशो मे निर्यात किया जाता है। गंज बासोदा की मंडी प्रदेश की प्रथम श्रेणी की मंडी है जो की नगद भुगतान के लिए जानी जाती है। इसके अलावा गंज बासोदा मे कई दार्शनिक स्थल भी हैं जो की विश्व विख्यात हैं।
गंज बासोदा से 14KM दूर उदयपुर स्तिथ नील कंठेश्वर मंदिर वास्तुकला और स्थापत्य कला के रूप मे एक अलग पहचान है। इस मंदिर का निर्माण राजा विक्रमादित्य ने ग्यारहवी सदी मे करवाया था। शिवरात्रि पर यहाँ मेला लगता है जिसमे लगभग 2 लाख श्रद्धालु रात्रि 2 बजे से लंबी कतारों मे लगकर शिवजी का अभिषेक करते हैं। नील कंठेश्वर मंदिर का निर्माण विशेष मुहूर्त मे करबाया गया था।
इस मंदिर मे बलुआ पत्थर पर नक्कासी कर खजुराहो से भी सुंदर प्रतिमाओ को उकेरा गया है। भारतीय संस्कृति कला और सोन्दर्य की द्रष्टि से आठवी शताब्दी के बाद इस क्षेत्र मे शिवमंदिरो का प्रचूर निर्माण हुआ। नील कंठेश्वर के नाम पर उदयपुर उत्सव भी संस्कृति विभाग द्वारा प्रारंभ किया गया है। अब यह मंदिर पुरातत्व विभाग के संरक्षण मे आता है।
उदयपुर से 2KM दूर दक्षिण मे ग्राम मुरादपुर स्तिथ है जहां हनुमान जी सभी भक्तो की मुरादे पूरी करते हैं।इसलिए इस गाँव को मुरादपुर के नाम से जाना जाता है। यहाँ पर दूर दूर से भक्त अपनी मुरादों को लेकर आते हैं। यहाँ पर स्तिथ हनुमान जी की प्रतिमा का एक पैर पाताल तक जाता है। एक बार अंग्रेज़ो ने पैर की थाह लेने की कोशिश की थी लेकिन बो इस कार्य मे सफल नहीं हो पाये, हनुमान जी के पैर को पाताल तक खोजते खोजते एक बड़ा तालाब बन गया लेकिन पैर के छोर का पता नहीं चल पाया और अंग्रेज़ो को बीच मे ही खुदाई रोकनी पड़ी।
भगवान रामदेव मंदिर और दरबार की स्थापना दो अप्रैल १९९३ में पंडित हरिनारायण पाठक द्वारा ध्वजा रोहण कर बेतवा बर्रीघाट मार्ग पर साढ़े तीन बीघा जमीन खरीदकर की गई। इसके बाद मंदिर का निर्माण प्रारंभ किया गया। परिसर में भगवान रामदेव मंदिर के अतिरिक्त भक्त महासति डॉलीबाई, शिर्डी के सांई बाबा, मां दुर्गा, श्रीगणेश और श्रीराधाकृष्ण मंदिर की भी स्थापना की गई है। गंजबासौदा बर्रीघाट स्थित भगवान श्रीरामदेव मंदिर पर प्रति गुरूवार,
अमावस्या की दोज पर आम श्रद्धालुओं के लिए दोपहर दो बजे आरती के बाद दरबार आयोजित होता है। उसमें अर्जी लगाने वालों की पीड़ा बाबा पंडित हरीनारायण पाठक के माध्यम से खुद दूर करते हैं। कर्मचारियों के लिए विशेष दरबार प्रत्येक रविवार को सुबह दस से १२ बजे तक आयोजित होता है। दरबार में देश के कई प्रांतों व शहरों से श्रद्धालु अपनी मनोकामना लेकर आते हैं और उसे पूरा होने का आर्शीवाद लेकर जाते हैं।
दरबार में आने पर श्रद्धालु खुद व खुद श्रीरामदेव का परिचय पाते हैं। बिना बताए ही उनको बाबा सब कुछ बता देते हैं जिसकी कामना लेकर वह आए हैं। भगवान के इस दरबार में कुछ भी छिपा नहीं रहता है यही कारण है कि दरबार की महिमा दिन व दिन बड़ती जा रही है।भगवान श्री रामदेवजी का कहना है कि आने बाले दिनों में बासौदा दरबार से बड़े बड़े चमत्कार लोगों को देखने मिलेंगे। दूर दूर से इतने लोग दरबार में अपने दु:ख, बीमारी व समस्यांए लेकर अर्जी लगाने व दर्शन के लिए आएंगे कि लोगों को घंटों खड़ा रहना पड़ेगा। दरबार में होने बाले चमत्कार से श्रद्धालु ही नहीं बडे बडे डाक्टर, बैज्ञानिक भी आश्चर्य में पड़ जाएंगे लेकिन पता नहीं लगा सकेंगे। अंत में उनको भी मानना पड़ेगा। दरबार में देश के कोने कोने से लोग आते हैं। खास बात यह है कि जो एक बार आता है। वह दरबार की महिमा को भूल नहीं पाता है।

गंजबासोदा के मध्य मे माँ शीतला का मंदिर स्थित है। यह मंदिर नगर गंज बासोदा की शान है जहां पर माँ शीतला पाँच शेरो बाले रथ पर बिराजमान हैं। नगर मे किसी भी तरह का धार्मिक आयोजन होता है तो सबसे पहले माँ शीतला के मंदिर मे आशीर्वाद लेने आते हैं।किसी भी शादी विवाह के अवसर पर माता के दर्शन करने के बाद ही अन्य शुभ कार्य शुरू होते हैं। इस मंदिर में समस्त नो देवियो की मूर्तियाँ स्थापित हैं। नवरात्रि के दौरान यहाँ नौ दिनो तक भव्य आयोजन होते हैं।

the Neel Kantheshwar Temple in Udaipur which is Located 14 km from Ganj Basoda has a distinct identity in the form of architecture. This temple was built by King Vikramaditya in the eleventh century. A fair is held here on Shivaratri, in which about 2 lakh devotees stand in long queues from 2 o’clock in the night and anoint Shiva. The Neel Kantheshwar temple was constructed at a “shubha muhurth” special time .
In this temple, beautiful statues have been carved from Khajuraho by carving on sandstone. From the point of view of Indian culture, art and beauty, after the eighth century, there was an abundant construction of Shiva temples in this area. Udaipur festival named after Neel Kantheshwar has also been started by the Department of Culture. Now this temple comes under the protection of the Archeology Department.
Muradpur village is located 2 km south of Udaipur, where Hanuman ji fulfills the wishes of all the devotees. Hence this village is known as Muradpur. Here devotees from far and wide bring their wishes. Here one leg of the statue of Hanuman ji goes to the patalloka “deep inside the earth”. Once the British tried to fathom the foot, but they could not succeed in this task, a big pond was formed while searching for Hanuman’s foot to the bottom, but the end of the foot could not be found and the British had to stop digging in the middle.
The Lord Ramdev Temple and Darbar were established on April 2, 1993 by Pandit Harinarayan Pathak by hoisting the flag and purchasing three and a half bighas of land on Betwa Barighat Road. After this, the construction of the temple was started. Apart from Lord Ramdev temple, devotees Mahasati Dollibai, Sai Baba of Shirdi, Maa Durga, Shri Ganesh and Sri Radhakrishna temple have also been established in the premises. Every Thursday, on the occasion of Amavasya, a darbar is held at the Lord Shri Ramdev temple at Ganjbasoda Barighat after the aarti at 2 pm for the common devotees. Baba Pandit Harinarayan Pathak himself removes the pain of those who apply in it. A special darbar for the employees is held every Sunday from 10 am to 12 noon. In the darbar, devotees from many provinces and cities of the country come with their wishes and take blessings for its fulfillment.
On coming to the darbar, the devotees get to know themselves and Shri Ramdev themselves. Without telling them, Baba tells them everything that He has wished for. Nothing is hidden in this darbar of God, which is why the glory of the darbar is increasing day by day. Lord Shri Ramdev ji says that in the coming days, people will get to see big miracles from Basoda Darbar. So many people from every corner of the country will come to the darbar with their sorrows, diseases and problems to apply and visit that people will have to stand for hours. Not only the devotees, but even big doctors, scientists will be surprised by the miracle happening in the darbar, but they will not be able to find out. In the end, they have to believe it too. People come to the darbar from every corner of the country. The special thing is that whoever comes to the darbar He cant forget the glory of the darbar. The temple of Maa Sheetala is located in the middle of Ganjbasoda. This temple is the pride of Nagar Ganj Basoda, where Mother Sheetala sits on a five-lions chariot. If there is any kind of religious event in the city, then first of all come to the temple of Mother Sheetala to seek blessings. Other auspicious works start only after visiting the mother on the occasion of any marriage. The idols of all the no goddesses are installed in this temple. During Navratri, grand events are held here for nine days.
